Guy goes into a bar...

   The story so far: On a Monday night in bad weather, the Commish and a buddy are out at the airport liquoring up at an airline bar while awaiting a cancelled flight. By and by, the buddy wanders out to the gate check-in and starts haranging the clerk about the delay. Cops are called. Mr. Johnnie ambles out in the midst of this fracas and offers up to the cops the suggestion, duly noted in subsequent paperwork, that they "Go fuck yourself".

Coming up: From right about here in the tale one can discern a pretty straight line of events to the mug shot, the eleven o'clock news, the brief wiggly attempt to blame the cops, the public apology, the arraignment, the suspension and the return to the private sector to spend more time with the family.

The Old Grover will offer up a series of gratuitous visual cheap shots as the saga unfolds. Check back often for new stuff.
